We are a team of U.S. military veterans who built this firearms training company with one core belief: safety comes first, every single time.
Our instructors bring real-world experience from the military, law enforcement, and the medical field. That combination lets us teach not just how to operate a firearm, but how to think, move, and act safely to protect yourself and the people around you.
Every class is built around:
- Firearm safety as the top priority – from muzzle awareness to trigger discipline and safe storage.
- High training standards – drawn from military and law enforcement best practices, adapted for everyday civilians.
- Realistic, responsible skills – focused on judgment, situational awareness, and safe decision-making, not “tacticool” theatrics.

Diego Ponce
With over 20 years of experience in the U.S. Navy as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman, Diego is diversified in tactical shooting as well and tactical medicine. Diego is a certified NRA firearms instructor and range safety officer, and brings a wealth of military training experience as a tactical combat casualty care instructor, firearms instructor, and registered nurse.
Diego teaches primarily in the Seminole County area and is available for:
- 1 on 1 coaching
- Small group pistol orientation and shooting

-Teen firearm safety

Leonard Bassoo
A retired Navy Corpsman and Naval Officer, Leonard brings more than three decades of shooting experience across multiple platforms. With over 30 years as a registered nurse, he offers a unique blend of military and civilian medical expertise to our training programs. As a certified NRA Range Safety Officer and Pistol Assistant Instructor, Leonard works alongside our team to deliver professional, safety-focused instruction for students of all levels. Leonard primarily teaches in the downtown Orlando area and is available for:

Jonathan Zumaeta
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran who attained the rank of Sergeant and qualified as an expert rifleman, Jonathan is also a career law enforcement professional with over 15 years of experience. He possesses extensive proficiency in both pistol and rifle platforms and holds NRA credentials as a certified Range Safety Officer and Pistol Instructor. Jonathan teaches primarily in the West Orlando area and is available for:
